Terms of Service
Last updated September 14, 2026
The service
Foundational Console is the web console for Foundational OS: create organisations, build and publish apps, connect third-party tools, and run Builder Agents and Computers. The product is in beta and changes frequently.
Accounts
You sign in with a work email. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in links, sessions, and any credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including what your agents do within the grants you approve.
Organisations
Org admins control membership, roles, connectors, and published apps for their organisation. If you join an organisation, its admins can see and manage the resources you create there.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and do not infringe others' rights.
- Do not probe, attack, or overload the platform or other tenants' apps.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Respect the terms of any third-party service you connect.
Your content and apps
You keep ownership of the source, content, and apps you create. You grant Foundational the rights needed to host, build, and serve them — including published apps on foundational.builders. You are responsible for what you publish.
Connectors and agents
Connecting a third-party service authorises Foundational OS to hold the grant and lets your agents act through it within your role. The third party's own terms and policies apply to their service. You can revoke a grant at any time in the Console.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is during beta. Features, limits, and these terms may change; the current terms live at this page and continued use after a change means you accept them.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Foundational is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the service was free).
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions: rifeng.gao@lobehold.com.
